Miguel Dedication

Thank you for visiting Chez Jane today. We hope you have enjoyed your visit and had a fantastic shopping experience. Chez Jane was built upon the dreams of Jane and Miguel Rabay who believe strongly in supporting products that give back to cancer research. The company was created out of their own desires to lead healthier lifestyles and find alternative ways to fight the cancers that had inflicted their lives. Indeed, Chez Jane Gourmet Garlic Spreads are a product with a cause.

We are sad to report that Miguel succumbed to his cancer and passed away in May. It is a loss which has hit us hard as everyone loved Miguel. He was a genuine man with a powerful personality. Miguel and has a wife Jane have done a remarkable job making Chez Jane one of the finest products with Jane handling the recipes with care and Miguel always a hard charger on the business side of the house.

There’s nothing we can do to ease the pain of Miguel’s absence. Cancer is a seemingly unstoppable force that takes what it wants. In our case, we’ve lost the man that helped start this company and make it great. We’ll go on without him as he wanted us to. His vision was for us to make the company even better than it’s ever been. We’re going to stick to that promise and do what we can to honor his memory.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the site and our spreads and that you can help us remember and appreciate the man that helped make Chez Jane what it is – a great company with a great product built by great people. We will continue to donate a portion from the sales of all Chez Jane Garlic Spreads to helping the wonderful people of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in their fight against cancer! The more we spend on research, the better chances of finding a cure in our lifetime.
